Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. SOP & Tenant Handbook Preparation and Drafting (Primary Focus):
  • Conduct Research and Information Gathering
  • Draft and Develop SOPs:
    • Equipment Operation and Maintenance (e.g., conveyor systems, ASRS, automated guided vehicles – AGVs).
    • Safety Procedures (e.g., emergency response, fire safety, incident reporting).
    • Security Protocols (e.g., access control, CCTV monitoring).
    • Cleaning and Housekeeping Procedures.
    • Smart Warehouse Technology Protocols (e.g., WMS usage, IoT device maintenance).
  • Draft and Develop Tenant Handbook:
    • Building Access and Security Policies.
    • Building Hours and Usage Guidelines.
    • Emergency Procedures and Evacuation Plans.
    • Waste Management and Recycling Guidelines.
    • Maintenance Request Procedures.
    • Parking Regulations.
    • Fire Safety Procedures and Equipment Locations.
    • Visitor Policies.
    • Key Contact Information for Building Management and Emergencies.
    • Rules and Regulations Pertaining to Facility Usage (e.g., no smoking, noise control).
  • Review and Refine Documents: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for feedback and revisions to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
  • Format and Organize: Ensure all documents are professionally formatted, easy to understand, and well-organized for user-friendliness.
  • Version Control: Assist in maintaining version control for all drafted documents.
