Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- SOP & Tenant Handbook Preparation and Drafting (Primary Focus):
- Conduct Research and Information Gathering
- Draft and Develop SOPs:
- Equipment Operation and Maintenance (e.g., conveyor systems, ASRS, automated guided vehicles – AGVs).
- Safety Procedures (e.g., emergency response, fire safety, incident reporting).
- Security Protocols (e.g., access control, CCTV monitoring).
- Cleaning and Housekeeping Procedures.
- Smart Warehouse Technology Protocols (e.g., WMS usage, IoT device maintenance).
- Draft and Develop Tenant Handbook:
- Building Access and Security Policies.
- Building Hours and Usage Guidelines.
- Emergency Procedures and Evacuation Plans.
- Waste Management and Recycling Guidelines.
- Maintenance Request Procedures.
- Parking Regulations.
- Fire Safety Procedures and Equipment Locations.
- Visitor Policies.
- Key Contact Information for Building Management and Emergencies.
- Rules and Regulations Pertaining to Facility Usage (e.g., no smoking, noise control).
- Review and Refine Documents: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for feedback and revisions to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
- Format and Organize: Ensure all documents are professionally formatted, easy to understand, and well-organized for user-friendliness.
- Version Control: Assist in maintaining version control for all drafted documents.
