Job Description

1. Assist incoming customer complaints and follow up the customer complaints timely reply by concerned department.

2. Maintaining the proper recording and documentation

3. Assist implementation and maintenance of all auditable documented information for the adapted QMS and to comply with with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, cGMP, FDA and MDD guidelines.

4. Assist following up on the corrective action taken
