We are looking for enthusiastic and driven interns to join our team in various departments, including Deal Advisory, Corporate Secretarial Services, and Accounting. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure and training in business consulting, client servicing, and corporate compliance while working alongside experienced professionals.

General Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Corporate Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of accounting software like XERO or QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Internship must be based in Melaka; this is a work-from-office position.

 

Preferred (Department-Specific) Skills:

Deal Advisory Interns

  • Interest in M&A, market research, and financial modeling.
  • Solid quantitative and financial analysis capabilities.

Corporate Secretary Interns

  • Familiarity with corporate governance, Companies Act, and statutory filings.
  • Organized and meticulous with documentation and compliance work.

Accounting Interns

  • Basic knowledge of full-set accounting and financial reporting.
  • Understanding of tax, payroll, and audit processes.
