We are looking for a motivated and proactive Intern to join our Logistics / Operations Team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to logistics and operational processes, providing valuable experience in supporting daily operations and ensuring efficient delivery performance across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring daily logistics and operational activities, including shipment status, hub operations, and delivery performance.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting related to operational efficiency, shipment volume, and delivery timelines.
• Help coordinate shipment flow, route planning, and dispatch activities to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in tracking operational issues and follow-ups, ensuring timely updates and resolutions with relevant teams.
• Participate in operations improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, delivery performance, and service quality.
• Collaborate with Operations, Hub, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics operations and on-time deliveries.
• Provide administrative and documentation support to the Operations Team when required.

Requirements :-

• Currently pursuing / completed a Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Minimum duration 3 months and willing to work at Bukit Rambai (Melaka).
