Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Handle end to end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including job postings, employer branding initiatives, career fair, and social media campaigns, to attract and retain top talent.
  • Assist in Employer branding for the Company as well as working with universities on fresh graduates & internship hiring.
  • Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends and advancements in the field.
  • Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
  • Other tasks to be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Demonstrate a positive working attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.
  • High level of confidentially and professionalism.
