Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Handle end to end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including job postings, employer branding initiatives, career fair, and social media campaigns, to attract and retain top talent.
- Assist in Employer branding for the Company as well as working with universities on fresh graduates & internship hiring.
- Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends and advancements in the field.
- Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Other tasks to be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Demonstrate a positive working attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- High level of confidentially and professionalism.
