- Costing and budget: Assist in optimizing cost and budget control without compromising service control
- Ingredient management: Ensure quality and safety of raw materials from suppliers
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP): Oversee the SOP are compliance by staffs, Work with head chefs and kitchen operation manager for SOP and product development, Research, develop and documentation of SOP.
