Job Description
- Accounting data entry, record keeping and data management.
- Assist with the invoicing and arranging payment to supplier.
- Supporting the team with finance/accounts operations matters.
- Consolidating data and assisting the team during month end closing
- Provide general accounting support.
- To filling the documents such as invoices, voucher, note debit credit and other duties
- To perform reconciliation
- To track processing status and ensure deadlines are met
- Other projects as needed
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor.
Requirement:
• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
