Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Fixed Asset Management

a) Assist in stocktaking and organizing the company’s fixed assets to ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.

b) Help maintain and update asset registers and related documentation.

2. Administrative Support

a) Answer and transfer incoming calls, record messages, and provide timely feedback.

b) Assist in verifying and organizing attendance records to ensure data accuracy.

c) Support the purchase, distribution, and inventory tracking of office supplies

3. Document & Courier Management

a) Assist in organizing, filing, and archiving company documents and records.

b) Coordinate courier services, track delivery status, and update records accordingly

4. Data & Record Updates

a) Assist in data entry and updating administrative-related records, such as courier logs.

b) Support checking data integrity and accuracy.

5. Ad Hoc Administrative Tasks

a) Provide support for other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

a) Education: Diploma/Degree in Administration, Business English, Logistics, or related fields preferred.

b) Language Skills: Must be proficient in Mandarin (both written and spoken) and able to communicate in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.

c) Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

d) Working Hours: 4 days per week, 8.30am to 8.30pm
