Job Description

Responsibilities
• Handling of procurement processes regarding subcontractor management e. g. review and
management of supplier documents, support Sourcing Manager with relevant know-how,
support suppliers to deal with our IT systems etc.
• Process support for supplier prequalification e. g. external (supplier) and internal (Sourcing
Manager) communication
• Participation in regional or cross-regional procurement projects incl. the execution of project
management activities in cross-functional teams

Requirements
• Student of business or technical studies or holder of other professional experience in
commercial or technical areas
• Proficient handling of IT systems (e. g. SAP, Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Power
Point, etc.)
• Strong IT affinity and interest in dealing with new technologies
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Initiative and willingness to perform
• Distinct communication and team skills as well as a solution-oriented way of working
