Job Description

We are looking for an intern to join our HR team in the NielsenIQ Sunway office. You will be supporting the team with the following responsibilities :

  • Updating and maintenance of HR records with new hire information, employee records and other HR operational tasks.
  • To assist in pre-employment preparations, employee on-boarding and off-boarding process.
  • To support various HR initiatives – employee engagement activities, employer branding, building impactful information on social media and other online platform.
  • To assist in special HR projects as and when required.
  • Work cross-functionally to gather data and stay engaged.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or relevant courses
  • Proficient in writing and communicating in English
  • Good coordination and interpersonal skills
  • Internship for 6 months minimum would be and added advantage
