You will assist to design effective training materials & collaborating with subject matter experts & e-learning content developers to develop engaging training contents.

What you will do

E-Learning Materials Development:
• Work closely with the team to enhance the overall quality and interactivity of existing training materials.
• Evaluate & prepare content suitable for conversion into e-learning modules, e.g. structuring content, transcribing recordings, developing scripts.
• Explore & utilize AI-generated voice or video technology to create audio narrations or video content for e-learning modules.
• Test & troubleshoot e-learning materials to ensure functionality and accessibility across devices and platforms.

Content Development & Training:
• Assist in researching and gathering relevant information for training materials.
• Support the development of engaging & informative content for training resources, e.g., enhancing decks, preparing newsletters, etc.
• Assist the team in planning & facilitating training sessions, monitoring learning outcomes, as well as performing daily operations & any ad-hoc tasks when assigned.

What you will need:
• Bachelor Degree in Multimedia Design, Communications, Marketing, IT, Education, or related field. • • Having experience in using multimedia production tools (e.g, audio or video editing software), content creation & development, e-learning tools, or learning management systems would be an advantage.
• Proficient in spoken & written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently, strong attention to detail & organizational skills.
