Job Description

Internship Opportunity:

Specialization required: Degree in Multimedia design and/or Instructional Learning

Duration: 4 to 6 months

Venue: Exzellent Profis Sdn Bhd, MRANTI Technology Park, Bukit Jalil, 57000 Kuala Lumpur

Personal Traits:

Creative, Tech savvy, good communication & writing skills, punctual and familiarity in instructional/content design.

Internship Roles:

  1. Multimedia Asset Preparation
  • Assist in editing and optimizing educational videos, audio clips, and visual aids for online delivery.
  • Content design ie thumbnails, banners, and icons to enhance LMS aesthetics and navigation.
  1. LMS Content Management and support
  • Organize and update multimedia learning materials (videos, graphics, PDFs, quizzes) on the LMS platform.
  • Ensure content formatting is consistent and user-friendly across modules.
  • Troubleshoot basic LMS issues related to media playback, file compatibility, or layout.
  1. Instructional Design Support
  • Collaborate with staff to convert raw content into engaging multimedia formats (e.g., interactive slides, animated explainers).
  • Help storyboard or visualize learning sequences for better learner engagement.
  1. Assist in EPSB’s operation when required and Social Media activities (content & promotion).
