Ensure High Availability & Performance:
Monitor system and network performance, proactively identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to support growing user demand and business-critical applications.
Strengthen Security Posture:
Implement and maintain network security controls, including segmentation, access policies, endpoint protection, and secure configuration standards. Support vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security proof-of-concepts in collaboration with the cybersecurity team.
Drive Operational Excellence:
Develop and enforce standards for system builds, patching, backup/recovery, disaster recovery (DR), and documentation—including accurate network diagrams, cabling layouts, and runbooks.
Deliver End-to-End Support:
Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues across physical and virtual environments. Provide timely resolution for end-users and internal stakeholders—on-site or remotely.
Stay Ahead of Technology Trends:
Continuously evaluate emerging tools, protocols, and best practices in networking, infrastructure automation, and cloud integration to enhance efficiency and resilience.
