Job Description
- Handle the full spectrum of human resource and office administration tasks when necessary and depending on job capacity.
- Learning the full cycle of recruitment process which includes job advertising, sorting applicants, collect personal data from shortlisted candidates through the call, arrange interview session with hiring manager, and etc.
- Learning the employees’ compensation and benefits which includes payroll calculation, leave application management, employee expenses claim procedure, company’s additional benefits policy, and government incentive grant.
- Schedule the internal and external training program for employees and compile the attendance for HRDF claim purpose.
- Employee engagement involvement, such as festive celebration, team building, breakfast connect, sport day, and etc.
- Key in office fixed cost in accounting system.
- Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned from superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent.
- Candidate with good knowledge in Industrial Relation and Employment Act.
- At least 3 months’ internship period.
- Other Added Advantage:
