Job Description

Overview:
Your primary role is to assist the Human Resources department in various tasks and projects related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and development, and other HR & admin functions. Mainly focusing on the recruitment process, working closely with the Human Resources team to understand the hiring needs of different departments, and assisting in attracting qualified candidates to join our organization. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in different aspects of HR and contribute to the success of our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Study and analyze job descriptions and qualifications to determine applicant requirements.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to understand recruitment requirements and develop recruitment
    plans.
  • Supporting HR staff in onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Assisting with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events and surveys
  • Assisting in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Collaborate with the HR team in day-to-day HR functions, such as maintaining personnel files and supporting HR-related documentation and audits.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
  • Contributing to HR-related projects as assigned by your supervisor.
  • Upholding confidentiality and data security when handling sensitive HR information.

Job requirements:

  • Enrolled in a relevant degree program or a recent graduate in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
  • Time management and adaptability.
  • Ethical conduct and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Willingness to learn, collaborate, and take initiative.
  • Preferrable a 6 months internship period student.
  • Willing to work in Cyberjaya.
