Human Resources
- Responsible for payroll administration, statutory compliance, EPF contributions, employee records, payroll reports etc;
- Responsible for recruitment of staffs and interns;
- Screening recruitment resumes and making phone calls;
- Interview scheduling, interviewer reception and management;
- Summary and analysis of statistics and data related to recruitment work;
- Make travel itinerary, arrangement and booking for company staff and General Manager.
- Other tasks assigned by General Manager
Administration
- Management of company certificates, documents, registration etc.;
- Office premise management such as handling bills of electrity, water, internet and phone, company signboard registration etc.;
- Make travel itinerary, arrangement and booking for company staff and General Manager;
- Assist management to carry out other assigned tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experienced in payroll administration and successful recruitment of the right candidates.
- Possess organization skill, good communication skill and a team player.
- Meticulous, willing to learn new skills that help the job performs better.
