Job Description

Human Resources

  1. Responsible for payroll administration, statutory compliance, EPF contributions, employee records, payroll reports etc;
  2. Responsible for recruitment of staffs and interns;
  3. Screening recruitment resumes and making phone calls;
  4. Interview scheduling, interviewer reception and management;
  5. Summary and analysis of statistics and data related to recruitment work;
  6. Make travel itinerary, arrangement and booking for company staff and General Manager.
  7. Other tasks assigned by General Manager

Administration

  1. Management of company certificates, documents, registration etc.;
  2. Office premise management such as handling bills of electrity, water, internet and phone, company signboard registration etc.;
  3. Make travel itinerary, arrangement and booking for company staff and General Manager;
  4. Assist management to carry out other assigned tasks.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  2. Experienced in payroll administration and successful recruitment of the right candidates.
  3. Possess organization skill, good communication skill and a team player.
  4. Meticulous, willing to learn new skills that help the job performs better.
