Job Description
1.      Data Entry and Recordkeeping:
a)      Input financial transactions into the ABSS (MYOB) accounting system.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
c)Â Â Â Â Â Â Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements.
2.      Assist in Month-End Close:
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Support month-end close processes.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Assist in preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
3.      Filling Document:
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Organize and maintain physical filing for accounting documents.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensure proper storage and retrieval of financial records.
4.      Ad hoc tasks.
