About the Role
As a Finance & Business Intern in our agency, you’ll get a front-row seat to how the financial services industry works. While your day-to-day tasks will mainly involve supporting the team with administrative duties, you’ll also have opportunities to learn about insurance, financial planning, and how an agency operates behind the scenes. No prior experience needed — just curiosity and eagerness to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily administrative tasks such as data entry, preparing documents, and organizing client files.

• Support research and product comparisons to understand how insurance and financial solutions work.

• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and case discussions to see real-world applications.

• Shadow consultants to gain insights into client engagement and advisory work (optional, based on interest).

What You’ll Learn

• Strong foundation in insurance knowledge (products, protection planning, risk management).

• Basic exposure to financial planning concepts and how they connect with insurance.

• Practical administrative and business operation skills valuable in any career.

Qualifications

• Pursuing studies in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields, with an interest in insurance.

• Strong verbal & written communication in Mandarin, English, and Malay is a must.

• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and support in a fast-paced environment.
