JOB SUMMARY
The Finance & Account Executive is responsible
for overseeing the financial operations of the organization
within the telecommunication industry, with a particular
focus on managing the full Accounts Receivable (AR)
function.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
2. Accounts Receivable (AR) Management:
Oversee the full AR function, including billing, collections, and reconciliation processes.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, as well as efficient collections of receivables.
Monitor AR aging reports and implement strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth transactions and collections.
3. Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
4. Cash Flow Management:
Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure liquidity.
Develop cash flow forecasts and manage working capital efficiently.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
