Job Description

  • Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support to customers for equipment and systems.
  • Perform assembly, installation, testing and commissioning of machines at customer sites.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical & software issues efficiently.
  • Prepare service reports and provide solutions to improve machine performance.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or related field.
  • Good knowledge in mechanical, electrical & control systems.
  • Willing to travel to customer sites (local).
  • Independent, proactive and able to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills and team player.
