We serve customers in the medical health (medical devices), semiconductor, electronics, automotive, aerospace, food & beverage, logistics, and general manufacturing industries.
We are expanding our team and are looking for a hands-on Field Service Engineer who enjoys working with advanced industrial technologies and supporting customers on-site.

Your Role
This role combines field service and technical support. You will work directly with customers to perform installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, repairs, and technical support for our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
• Install, commission, service, and maintain industrial testing, inspection, and measurement equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and operator training to customers.
• Assist customers in evaluating applications and recommending suitable technical solutions.
• Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare service reports, calibration records, and maintain proper technical documentation.
• Assist in maintaining ISO/IEC 17025 calibration and quality documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Travel throughout Malaysia to support customer installations, commissioning, and service activities.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in servicing industrial equipment, automation, instrumentation, or engineering-related products.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering fields.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with industrial inspection, measurement, automation, X-ray systems, metrology, leak testing equipment, or radiation instruments is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Willing to travel for on-site installation and customer support.
• Independent, proactive, responsible, and customer-oriented.
