This is not a conventional sales or client development role.
You will serve as the frontline operational representative of the company, responsible for executing structured field activities, capturing accurate technical site data, and enabling solution delivery prepared by our centralised systems and leadership team.
This position is suited for individuals who thrive in structured environments, field execution, and process discipline, rather than open-ended or relationship-driven roles.
Key Responsibilities
Field Execution & Site Operations
– Conduct precise on-site measurements at client industrial facilities
– Document technical site conditions through structured photography
– Execute all fieldwork strictly in accordance with SOPs and digital checklists
Professional Client Interface
– Represent the organisation professionally at client premises
– Engage confidently with factory management and procurement personnel
– Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin/Cantonese
Systems & Data Integrity
– Accurately input field data into Google Workspace systems (Forms, Sheets, Docs)
– Deliver client quotations prepared centrally by HQ systems
Field Logistics & Mobility
– Manage urgent sample deliveries and site coordination activities
– Undertake occasional outstation assignments as required (allowance provided)
Basic Technical Execution
– Support simple on-site assembly and installation of industrial systems
– Execute tasks strictly according to technical manuals and SOPs
Operational Coordination
– Oversee daily handling of incoming and outgoing parcels, samples, and documentation
– Maintain accurate tracking records within internal systems
Requirements:
Experience
– 0–2 years of experience preferred
– Fresh graduates with strong discipline and learning agility are encouraged to apply
Working Style
– Highly structured and detail-oriented
– Strong adherence to process and SOP-driven execution
– Comfortable operating in a systemised, low-ambiguity environment
Technical Competency
– Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms)
– Comfortable with digital tools and AI-assisted workflows
Requirements
– Possession of own transport and valid driving licence is mandatory
Language Proficiency
– English & Bahasa Malaysia (fluent, written and spoken)
– Mandarin/Cantonese proficiency is a strong advantage for client engagement
