Talent Growth & Employee Experience
- Assist in coordinating internal and external training programmes, including registration and documentation
- Maintain accurate records of staff training hours, learning participation, and development history
- Support the administration and updating of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Track and update records of professional qualifications, certifications, and licence renewals.
HRD Corp (HRDC) Fund administration and monthly reporting
- Assist in HRD Corp grant administration, including applications, claims submission, and reimbursement tracking
- Update and maintain a centralised HRDC fund tracking dashboard
- Prepare draft monthly HRDC utilisation reports for review by People & Culture / BU leaders.
Training & Event Coordination
- Provide administrative and logistical support for training sessions, workshops, and People & Culture initiatives
- Assist with arrangements such as venue booking, training materials, meals, and equipment
- Provide on-site support during training sessions and events when required
Policy, Documentation & HR Administration
- Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining learning-related HR policies, guidelines, and SOPs.
- Support HR administrative tasks related to Talent Management, Growth and Mastery.
