Kick-start your HR career with us! This role is ideal for fresh graduates or alumni who are eager to gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. You’ll be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employer branding, while also supporting documentation preparation and compliance related to hiring activities. Beyond day-to-day operations, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in collaboration initiatives such as career fairs, campus engagements, and talent partnerships. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution

  • Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process across all business/empowering units, ensuring timely and quality hires.
  • Be responsible for all levels of hiring, including critical and C-suite roles, while guiding the team to build capabilities and confidence in managing such high-impact hiring demands.
  • Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through active sourcing, headhunting, networking, and leveraging various career platforms and/or social media (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, professional bodies, Facebook, XHS, et cetera).

Employee Branding & EVP

  • Participate employer branding initiatives to position the Company as an employer of choice in the accounting industry.
  • Participate Employee Value Proposition (EVP) activities through social media, career site content, campus engagement, collaboration with professional bodies and employee engagement programs

TA Operations

  • Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and related hiring documents in accordance with approved templates and compensation guidelines.
  • Ensure all onboarding activities are completed within defined timelines.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, onboarding status reports, and documentation logs.
  • To support process improvements, standardisation, and documentation updates.
