Key Responsibilities:

• Actively recruit SPM/STPM graduates through various channels and platforms

• Provide comprehensive consultations to students regarding further study pathways and opportunities

• Clearly explain and promote our Corporate Sponsorship Rewards (C.S.R.) Program benefits and requirements

• Assist students in completing application forms and compiling necessary documentation

• Maintain regular follow-up communication with prospective students throughout the application process

• Organize and manage student application records systematically

• Support the team in organizing education fairs and information sessions

• Collaborate with senior education consultants to develop effective recruitment strategies

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Education, Counseling, Business Administration, or related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for education and student development

• Ability to explain complex information clearly and patiently

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage

• Willing to work flexible hours, including some weekends for education events
