Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and inspire a talented team toward ambitious growth goals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and mentor the digital marketing team as a people manager
✅ Develop and implement impactful digital strategies
✅ Ensure all campaigns meet compliance and industry standards
✅ Solve challenges proactively to keep projects on track
✅ Deliver accurate reports, paperwork, and insights for management
✅ Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis

🔹 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
