Responsibilities

  1. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of wafer fabrication diffusion equipment including implanters, vertical/horizontal furnaces, RTO/RTP platforms, Laser RTP systems, and EPI.
  2. Day to Day monitoring and ownership to timely address in-line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality and lot handling
  3. Maintain Equipment capability for production and meet production demand
  4. Engage with Production line and Process Engineers to balance tool availability for production, troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance
  5. Engage in Equipment troubleshooting and production quality improvement.
  6. Evaluation of new equipment/materials and retrofits of Equipment for better efficiency / production quality.
  7. On-call support if emergency situation
  8. Schedule shift on-duty

Qualifications

  1. Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering in Electronic Engineering , Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering ,Physics, Automation, Aerospace Engineering
  2. Able to think critically with strong analytical skills
  3. Possess good communication skills and time management skills
  4. Prior leadership or competition experience in school activities will be an advantage
  5. Must be willing to commit shift work
  6. At least 2 years with relevant working experience in semiconductor industry foundry
