Job Description
As a Customer Success Executive at EasyRenz, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a smooth and successful experience using our Tenant Management System (TMS). Your responsibilities include onboarding and training new customers, providing product guidance and support, handling customer enquiries, monitoring customer accounts, following up on outstanding payments, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. You will also gather customer feedback to help improve our products and services. This role combines customer success, customer support, and operational coordination, making it an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and learning about technology. Full training and mentorship will be provided.
