Job Description

Shift Allowance – RM 500 per month prorated based on attendance

Training provided!

To handle inbound and outbound calls / emails / live chats regarding international shipments.

To track global packages and provide timely updates on delivery status and delays.

To advise customers on the export / import requirements to the respective destination.

To escalate any shipments that require special handling.

To be able to articulate issues / request that is brought up by the customer.

To do other tasks as requested by Management.

To maintain a high standard of service quality and phone etiquette to ensure positive customer experiences and high satisfaction.
