Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a strategic and creative Corporate Communication Executive to join our dynamic team. Responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that enhance our corporate brand reputation, engage both internal and external audiences, and support our business objectives.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
  • Develop, implement, and manage the integrated annual corporate communication strategy to bolster the company’s brand identity and market position.

 

  1. Content Creation & Management:
  • Craft compelling, high-quality content for a variety of channels, including press releases, speeches, newsletters, website copy, blog articles, and senior leadership communications.
  • Develop and manage engaging content for the company’s social media platforms and intranet to drive brand consistency and employee engagement.

 

  1. Media & Public Relations:
  • Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with key media representatives, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Manage media inquiries, coordinate interviews, and act as a company spokesperson when required.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.

 

  1. Internal Communications:
  • Manage all internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, email newsletters, digital signage) to ensure a well-informed, aligned, and motivated workforce.
  • Support change management initiatives through clear and transparent communication.

 

  1. Stakeholder Engagement & Brand Management:
  • Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and other cross-functional teams to ensure all messaging is aligned and reinforces the company’s brand values.
  • Support the planning and communication of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and community investment initiatives.

 

  1. Crisis Communication:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of crisis communication plans to protect the company’s reputation.
