About this Role
KGI Securities is building a next-generation retail futures trading platform for Asian markets, and we are growing the operations team that makes it work. As a Client Operations Associate, you will be part of a high ownership team responsible for delivering a seamless experience to traders across Singapore and the broader APAC region; from the moment they onboard to every interaction that follows.

This is a ground floor opportunity. You will work directly with the leadership team, gain deep exposure to how a regulated brokerage operates, and build skills across both client-facing support and back-office operations. If you are sharp, process-oriented, and want to grow fast in financial services, this is the role.

What You Will Do
Client Support

  • Serve as a first point of contact for trader enquiries across email, live chat, and ticketing channels
  • Handle account-related requests including KYC, funding, and platform access with accuracy and urgency
  • Escalate complex issues to the right internal teams and follow through to resolution

Back Office Operations

  • Support client onboarding and KYC coordination using third-party compliance platforms
  • Collect, verify, and process client documentation in accordance with MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in reconciliation and reporting tasks

Process & Quality

  • Identify recurring issues and flag them for process improvement
  • Contribute to building and maintaining the operations playbook as the business scales
  • Collaborate with the BPO vendor team to ensure consistency in service delivery

Who You Are

  • Up to 2 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or a customer-facing operations role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Other disciplines welcome if you can demonstrate strong analytical thinking
  • Detail-oriented with a low tolerance for errors in high-stakes environments
  • Clear communicator in English, written and verbal
  • Calm under pressure, you do not panic when things move fast
  • Genuine interest in financial markets is a strong advantage
