WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist the Relationship Manager in organising client events and programs to boost loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to smoothly run client-focused programs.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely and effective solutions.
- Assist with Ad-hoc tasks as assigned, such as report/updates for C-suite

- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and wellness programs, with experience in organizing health-related events.
- Ability to manage a budget effectively.
