Job Description

As an Assistant Coach, your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering Training Sessions
  Assist in conducting interactive and engaging training sessions focusing on Creative Multimedia, Digital Technology, and related fields. Sessions are designed for children and teens, providing a hands-on learning experience that fosters creativity and critical thinking.
• Collaborating on Training Materials
  Work alongside Lead Trainers to develop and continuously improve training content and materials. Tailor learning resources to suit the needs of young learners, ensuring the material is age-appropriate, fun, and engaging.
• Fostering Creativity and Engagement
  Create a positive and inspiring environment where participants feel encouraged to explore their creativity. Use interactive teaching methods to keep young learners motivated and actively engaged throughout the sessions.
• Monitoring and Evaluating Performance
  Observe participants during training sessions, gather feedback, and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs. Use insights to enhance future sessions and ensure a meaningful learning experience for all participants.
• Providing Support
  Offer logistical and technical support during training programs, ensuring smooth session execution. Troubleshoot minor technical issues and ensure training materials are ready and accessible.
