Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
•Receive JDE issues logged in Remedy Force.
•Diagnose and resolve applications issues.
•Liase with users to close issues.
•Escalation to other applications owner (such as Salesforce, Concur) on issues originated from their applications.”
•Receive, document and prioritize issue tickets and help in explaining the use of JDE existing and standard functionalities or services.
Modules supported or in scope:
•Financials – GL, AP, AR and FA.
•Distribution – IM, POP, SOP and Advance Pricing.
•Manufacturing – Product Data Management, Product Costing, WO, Forecasting and MRP.”
