As an Affiliate Marketing Leader, you will lead geometry dash breeze the online sales strategy for MFast. You will manage all the affiliate projects and optimize their performance. You will also use your online marketing expertise to implement best practices and drive results.

Finding and recruiting top affiliates and publishers in relevant niches. | Search and recruit leading affiliate partners and publishers in related fields.
Building alternative channels and leading initiatives and activities to implement affiliate schemes in every projects. | Build alternative sales channels and launch initiatives and promotional activities to implement affiliate marketing plans for each project.
Setting and managing revenue growth goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. | Set and manage monthly, quarterly and annual revenue growth goals
Achieving or exceeding monthly revenue targets| Meet or exceed monthly revenue goals.
Negotiating various payout models with affiliates, such as CPA, CPL, CPS. | Negotiate different payment models with affiliate partners, like CPA, CPL, CPS.
Consulting with MFast’s agents regularly to help them optimize their performance and promote additional products/services. |Consult regularly with agents on MFast to support them in optimizing performance and promoting more products/services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of prior experience in Affiliate Marketing, Affiliate Management, Affiliate Solutions and work at Fintech field is a plus. |3+ years of previous experience in Affiliate Marketing, Affiliate Management, Affiliate Solutions and working in the Fintech sector is an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of different traffic types and their effect and results over different products, knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPI business models. | Experience in different types of traffic and their impact on different products, understanding of CPA, CPL, CPI business models.
Proven track record of exceeding affiliate volume quotas in a fast paced, quota driven environment. | Provide tracking on exceeding affiliate volume goals quickly.
