The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation Management:

  • Assist in preparing business correspondence and operational documents

• Digital Marketing Support:

  • Create and schedule social media content to promote our services and brand

  • Assist in developing marketing materials and promotional campaigns

  • Help maintain our online presence across various digital platforms

• Customer Service Assistance:

  • Support service advisors in managing customer appointments and follow-ups

  • Help maintain customer relationship records and service history

  • Assist in coordinating vehicle service progress updates

Qualifications We’re Seeking:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Interest in social media and digital marketing

• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative
