Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as document preparation, record keeping, office correspondence.
- Responsible for procurement and purchasing, including sourcing and liaising with vendors
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlords to ensure smooth office operations.
- Basic maintenance and cleanliness of office premises
- Support e-commerce and sales teams on administrative tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- SPM or Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management systems.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Required language: Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
RM2,000.00 – RM3,000.00/ month
