Task/Job Description : Assist the Managing Director with daily administrative and personal tasks.
– Help in scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
– Maintain filing systems and ensure records are up to date.
– Support in handling travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
– Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
– Coordinate with internal teams or external parties when required.
– Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Managing Director.
