Business Operations Executive

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Business Operations Executive to support our daily business operations and contribute to the company’s growth. This role offers exposure to business administration, operations, customer service, inventory management, project coordination, and process improvement. You will work closely with the management team and play an important role in ensuring smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily business operations and administrative tasks.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders, and reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate business records.
• Monitor inventory levels and support warehouse coordination.
• Assist in managing e-commerce platforms, including Shopee,Lazada,TikTok Shop, and others.
• Support project coordination, meeting preparation, and business documentation.
• Assist in improving operational processes, SOPs, and workflow efficiency.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Digital Business Management, Management, Operations Management, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of working experience are an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Canva, AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT), and e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
