Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and office tasks
- Manage student registrations, records, and class schedules
- Provide front-line customer service (walk-in, phone, email)
- Prepare basic documents, invoices, and reports
- Coordinate with teachers and internal teams
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 1–3 years of admin or customer service experience ( is an advantage)
- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
