Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative and office tasks
  • Manage student registrations, records, and class schedules
  • Provide front-line customer service (walk-in, phone, email)
  • Prepare basic documents, invoices, and reports
  • Coordinate with teachers and internal teams

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 1–3 years of admin or customer service experience ( is an advantage)
  • Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
