Job Description
- Prepare project design documents, drawings & budgetary proposals.
- Work in a team to produce coordinated acoustic design with all necessary mechanical, electrical and spatial designs.
- Project co-ordination and management.
- Attend project meetings.
- Perform site inspections and project commissioning.
- Overseas Travel for meeting attendance and/or project site visit.
Requirements:
- Possesses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Specialization in Acoustics, Noise & Vibration, Mechanical or Building Services is preferrable.
- At least 2 years experience in Architectural Acoustic, Mechanical Design or Building Services is preferrable.
- Project management and site experience with exposure in SE Asia projects is preferrable.
- Knowledge and proficiency in using MS Project, AutoCad, Autodesk will be an advantage.
- Fluency in English Language both spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel in South East Asia and Asia Pacific regions as and when required.
- Strong initiative, customer-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to meet tight schedule.
- Good writing skill and capable to produce professional design/ tender documents.
- Hard working and willing to learn.
