| Requirements: |
- Minimum advance diploma in Accountancy or Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) – able to use Pivot table or formulas
- Able to work on weekdays (with 1-hour lunch break)
- Interest in working at a Japanese-culture company

| Responsibilities: |
- Handle General Ledger, Accounts Payables/Receivables, Bank Reconciliation, and Month end / Year-end closing.
- Prepare accurate financial statements in a timely manner and ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Input and manage Promotional expenses in management system based on Distributors claim.
- Assist management in liaising with auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by Management.
