Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Â Â Â Handle daily accounting operations including sales entries, invoicing, AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end support
- Â Â Â Generate and maintain sales data & financial reports across retail, e-commerce, and corporate channels (daily / weekly / monthly)
- Â Â Â Prepare sales performance and basic financial analysis (revenue trends, COGS, margins, campaign performance)
- Â Â Â Track stock movements, costs, and pricing references to support accurate reporting and decision-making
- Â Â Â Provide administrative and operational finance support, including filing, vendor coordination, and internal cross-team support
Requirements
- Â Â Â Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
-    1–3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome)
- Â Â Â Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and basic analysis
- Â Â Â Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently nor in a team
- Â Â Â Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment
