Job Description
As an intern in the Finance division, here is the sum up of the Job Scope under the different departments which you can look through:
1. Account Receivable department
- Update daily collection from customers
- Reconcile and update collection and sales
- Assist in the conversion process of customers from post-paid to pay-per-use.
2. Treasury department
- Assisted with day-to-day Treasury operations and prepared administrative documentation for banking-related matters.
3. Account Payable department
- Invoice processing (includes verification, data entry, and book-keeping)
- Payment processing (as per payment cycle)
- Record-keeping & documentation
- Month-end closing
4. Group Finance
- To assist in financial year-end audit, particularly in preparing accounts for dormant accounts and other audit documentation.
5. Performance Management Office department
- To assist with various tasks, management reporting, and activities. This experience would provide the intern with a hands-on opportunity to learn and grow while contributing to our department’s objectives.
