Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting transactions and assist in preparing the full set of accounts.
  • Support sales and business development activities, including proposal preparation and client follow-up.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and billing documentation.
  • Assist with tax reporting, submission, and compliance.
  • Learn and support the ERP system implementation to automate accounting and reporting processes.

 

Required skills

a) Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance b) Basic accounting knowledge and passion in FinTech c) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel especially), Word, PowerPoint. e) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills f) Good communication and teamwork abilities, able to communicate in English, Bahasa and Mandarin
