Pioneer Associates Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysian company formed for the purpose of providing professional support services to Pioneer Management Services Pte Ltd (also known as Pioneer Associates) and Pioneer Corporate Services Pte Ltd (“PCS”) that are based in Singapore.

We plan to hire accountancy and finance graduates from MMU who will be sent to Singapore for 2 to 3 weeks for orientation and training, after which they will return to work in our office in Malacca. The Malacca professional staff continue to be trained by and report to their respective seniors, supervisors or managers in Singapore who will visit the office in Malacca regularly and via MS Teams.

Staff from Malacca will be sent to Singapore once every year for at least 2 weeks of training, and will be given an option to be transferred to Singapore after 3 years of service.

We will have a Malaysian director who is resident in Malacca.  He will oversee the running of our Malacca office.
