Our Firm believes in developing talents among our staff who are made up of young professionals. We provide regular training to improve their technical and leadership skills through in-house training and workshops conducted by professionals. Staff performance are evaluated on a half-yearly basis for increment and promotion opportunity. Amongst some of the incentives we give to staff are:
