JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• 负责推动制作、上新所有与品牌运营相关的图片、视频。Responsible for driving the production and release of all brand operation-related images and videos.
• 与编导讨论执行方案，能够自主推动及把控视频工作的进度，确保严格按照时 间节点完成图片美工以及视频任务。 Collaborate with directors to discuss and implement execution plans, and independently manage and oversee the progress of video projects. Ensure that image design and video tasks are completed on time and in strict accordance with deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 相关经验工作满1年以上。At least one year of relevant work experience.
• 之前任职岗位拥有做图、排版、美工、剪辑、简单特效、视频封面的经验。Previous work experience in roles such as graphic design, layout, image editing, video editing, basic special effects, and creating video thumbnails.
• 熟练运用各项剪辑工：剪映、CAP CUT、Premiere Pro、Final Cut、PS、AI。Proficient in various editing tools: Jianying, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• 能独立进行内容拍摄：跟编导沟通方案，按资源配置，自行安排及完成内容拍摄。Able to independently shoot content: Communicate with directors on plans, allocate resources accordingly, and independently arrange and complete content shooting.
• 内容创作能力：能够捕捉网络热点，提出创意选题，并能够根据不同平台的 受众需求调整内容风格。Creative content skills: Capable of identifying trending topics, proposing creative ideas, and adjusting content styles based on the audience needs of different platforms.
• 具备良好职业素养：有良好的合作意识和责任意识，工作细心，富有责任感；良 好的沟通能力，乐于配合和协作他人，高效率完成工作。Strong professional qualities: Demonstrates a strong sense of teamwork and responsibility, pays attention to detail, has a strong sense of accountability, possesses excellent communication skills, and is willing to cooperate and collaborate with others to complete tasks efficiently.
• 具备/擅长的剪辑风格 ：节奏感、故事叙述。Expertise in editing styles: Good sense of rhythm and storytelling in video editing.
