Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To prepare and maintain full set of accounts in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Plan, control cash flow and provide regular feedback of financial matters.
- Liaise with external party such as company auditor, banker and government authority.
- To assist in budgeting planning and costing analyses.
- To perform fixed assets accounts.
- To prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports.
- In charge of accounts payable and other payable and cycle count activity.
- Other tasks assigned by superior from time to time basis.
- Input AR transactions.
- Credit control & payment.
- CN, DN & voucher.
- Monthly reports for expenses
- Invoice (system control) BA invoice
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting with relevant experience
- Able to work independently
- Familiar with AutoCount Accounting.
- Required Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
