Job Description

• Carry out project roll-out, installation and ensuring successful implementation of projects within schedule
• Focus on key customer’s IT infrastructure for further enhancement
• Perform onsite support, troubleshooting and resolution
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Provide after office hours offsite standby (rotation basis) if deemed fit
• Ensure SLAs are met, and customer satisfaction achieved
• Obtain job related Industry Certification(s) for principal partnership requirement

Required skills

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Flexible and able to adjust to the fast-paced IT environment and user requirements Possess good interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset problem solving Willing to travel and possess own transport.
